Some things we can't do for you include;

1. Expressing opinions on matters of law or performing any services which would constitute the practice of law.

2.  Inspecting or issuing an opinion concerning the physical condition of the property, the need for repair, the existence of water damage or termite or other infestation.

3. Giving opinions or researching applicable zoning, building department, health department and fire regulations.

4. Giving opinions concerning surveys.

5.  Giving tax or financial advise.

6. Reviewing public records concerning the property including documents on file

with the County Clerk, Federal, State or Local court offices and the records of any

Town or Village.

7. Searching for information concerning environmental conditions affecting the

property or giving opinions concerning the same.

8. Search public and private records concerning crime scenes, sex offenders or

other non-marketplace matters which may affect the value of property.
